in my book

so iv got a lot of the book concept done but some of the Details still need to be worked through like part of my book will walk through preparation and conditioning  and iv got some stuff on free running and the majority of the conditioning is based more on making the reader exercise to what will help them in the way that they live thus will help them in the way that they will Survive so if anyone knows any type of exercise regimen that helps them the most I know that wrestlers have to fit into certain weight categories so if you have something along those types of regimens pleas help?
